Two and half years ago I started taking dance classes. And now, a gazillion classes later, I am part of a performance troupe. This is the Sacred Centre peeps. We have a show in October called Emerald Oasis… tickets are already half sold and it’s still August!!! So much fun! I did the photos for the promotional side of it… here are my favourites.

Last Wednesday I took photos of Tammara and Emma… lovely mom and daughter
They wanted pictures of them interacting with each, showing the love between them. I think I captured them . I definitely captured Emma’s quirky side.

I had a grand idea this summer. My friend Stephen is a fabulous cook. FABULOUS. So of course he should write his recipes down. And I should take pictures of his yummy food. So I decided we should do a cook book. Such a good idea. I mean… I get to take pictures and then eat the food. Total win. Do all food photographers get this deal??? Probably not. Their loss.

My mom got married in May. On the very cold May long weekend in Cobble Hill. And she wanted me to take pictures. So I crawled around in her backyard in a skirt for some shots for her. I guess that’s what happens when you are the photographer in the family
