My love is amazing because of the respect and love we have for each other. After everything we have endured to be together we are still madly in love not just with each other but with each others children. We are expecting our first child together in April. :)

Andie - January 19, 2012 - 2:38 pm

I would LOVE to get a family session done! My husband and I ahd our dughter almost 4 years ago and have NO professional photos of us together. We actually don’t really have any photos of all three of us together! :(
I want to show off our love with beautifully done photos!

Beacon Hill in the Snow | Victoria BC Landscape Photographer

I was going to do a study of Beacon Hill in the snow, but I mostly ended up with bird shots, so I suppose its a study of birds in the snow.

Enjoy.

Aubrey rocks out her newborn session | Victoria BC newborn photographer

Meet Aubrey.

So little. So squishy. She wasn’t quite sure about me, my camera or the fact that she was naked. But she sure is a beauty.

This next one made me laugh when I came across it. I title it “I have the power and I know it!”

Yes, big brother and little sister have the same gorgeous eyes!

Which one is your favourite? Leave a comment below. 20 comments and Aubrey gets a gorgeous gift!!!

Mandy – Aubrey is so gorgeous! Jace looks like such a proud big brother. I’m sure he will be super protective of her! Congrats!

Shannon Roach - January 19, 2012 - 10:12 am

Christa Friebe - January 19, 2012 - 12:56 pm

The pictures with Jace and Aubrey made me cry! Still recovering actually! Mandy and Nick, you have beautiful children. My favorite of Aubrey is the 4th from the bottom. Her eyes are stunning and it appears as though she is lying on a blanket on the grass… lovely!

Kevin Hawkins - January 19, 2012 - 1:19 pm

Awesome work, what a cutie she is!

Lisa Sworts - January 19, 2012 - 6:16 pm

Hi Mandy, my favorite is the first black and white close up. Something about black and white is so cool. I also love the one of them together the last one. They are so beautiful you must be such a proud mommy. Take care
Lisa

Marcia Dempster - January 19, 2012 - 6:31 pm

The fourth and last ones are my faves. Hard to choose, they’re all so good. Adorable!

Karen Wiens - January 22, 2012 - 1:25 pm

Beautiful photos – love all of them!

Grad Photos in downtown Victoria | Victoria BC Grad Photographer

Meet Abi. She graciously agreed to be my model for my first grade 12 portrait session. The idea for these shots are to get away from the cap and gown shots (which are important) and have some portraits taken that illustrate who you are at this moment in your life when great changes are going to descend on you.

Abi will soon be away to Spain for a three year fashion program. I’m kind of jealous… travel and chasing your dreams. Totally awesome. We went to Market Square and Mayfair Mall for some night shots. Hair and make up were graciously provided by the Chop Shop! Thanks Ashlea. We will be offering packages – hair/makeup/shoot.

Tell me which one is your favourite. 20 comments below earn Abi a free gift!

I couldn’t pick just one , so here are my top 3 .
1st – the very first picture that is shown at the top .
2nd – the one of Abby lying down facing to the sky in the parking lot (sepia coloured)
3rd – the first picture of her in the undergrpund parking lot where she is just standing there looking at the camera

** Such a WONDERFUL & AMAZING job to both Abi and to Shari Nakagwa Photography ! :D **

kate-lynn - January 20, 2012 - 9:17 am

Abi was such a great choice for the Model. I like all the pictures

Sue Bradt - January 20, 2012 - 2:05 pm

Gorgeous pictures and so hard to chose one favourite — so i chose two! I like the b&w on the stairs and the colour upper half in front of the brick wall. I don’t like the last one as a grad photo– it makes her look homeless! (But it’s still a fantastic picture.)

Dave Bradt - January 20, 2012 - 4:20 pm

These are terrific. My favorite is Abi sitting in the window. But I quite like the one of her wedged between the walls, because it’s good to know that she can support herself.

jody lindsay - January 20, 2012 - 5:23 pm

they are too gorgeous to pick a favourite

Baby in tutu | Victoria BC Baby Photographer

This is Avery. Adorable but didn’t want to have her photo taken. Understandable… I wouldn’t wake up from a nap and have my photo taken either. We started with some naked shots, because who doesn’t like naked babies? So squishy. Her grandmother had also bought her an adorable, over the top dress with a tutu and huge flowers. Avery’s mom asked if it was too over the top, but really…. can you go over the top with a baby? Bring it on. We ended with her in the crib in a blue dress, to bring out those pretty blue eyes.

Enjoy!

Which one is your favourite? Tell me below. Make sure you leave a comment. 20 comments earns Avery a free gift.

Wonderful photos….my favourites are the black and white in hands and the naked one on the quilt….the grin says “watch out mom when I get older I am going to give you a run for your money”. I loved them all.

Elle - January 17, 2012 - 1:20 pm

Tooooo cuuute. 4th one is the best

Elle Harbicht - January 17, 2012 - 1:36 pm

Great pictures! I’ve always been partial to babies bare feet so that is my fav. Next I like the black and white with her in Shannon’s hands

Tanya Malloch - January 17, 2012 - 2:14 pm

So adorable!! I love the second shot, it looks so natural and cute.
